A v Kent County Council
Kent’s council tax payers are to bear brunt of the County Council’s ill-fated decision.
The full judgment of the Court of Appeal on Kent’s appeal against the decision of Mrs Justice Black, above, clearly shows that the Court of Appeals never gave Kent a chance. The County Council were plain wrong. Their fingerprints were all over the placement of the grandchild with her grandmother.
The question is – will Kent learn and change?
